Fatespun is a dark-fantasy life sim. Spin to be born: your blood, your homeland, your family, the omen over your cradle. Then spin your way through childhood, a calling, love, war, plague and old age. Each spin reshapes the next wheel. A curse makes death likelier, a blessing pulls you back from it, and a golden sliver can change everything. When you die, your life is carved into the Hall of the Dead, and your soul spins the Wheel of Rebirth.

Everything Lite leaves out

- All 17 bloods, from Elves and Orcs to Mothkin, Sporeborn and Revenants

- 118 wheels and more than 1,100 fates

- A working life for every calling, and side stories only some lives wander into: a bank heist, the king's tournament, a haunted house, running away with the circus

- Parties of four: put names on the wheel and send them into one of 10 dungeons, from Easy to Nightmare

- Custom fate: switch bloods on or off, and set how deadly, lucky and strange a life is

- The Hall of the Dead ranked oldest, richest, most renowned and darkest

- Backstory sheets that turn most lives into a D&D 5e character

- As many souls as you like, or let the Fates choose from your friends' names

How you play it

- On a computer: unzip the download and open Fatespun.html in your browser. It works offline.

- On a phone or tablet: your download page shows your own unlock code. Open Fatespun Lite, tap the gear, type the code, and that page becomes the full game, with your Hall kept.

- Lives from Lite can move to the computer with Back up the Hall.
